2024 Critical Access Hospital Leadership Training 

Audience: Minnesota Critical Access Hospital Leaders

Description: Register to take part in a collaboration of skill building for leaders at Critical Access Hospitals.

This 2-hour is in-person workshop will:

  • Empower participants to understand and integrate the principles of population health into hospital operations, strategy, and financial sustainability.
  • Foster essential skills for effective communication and leadership to share key concepts such as health equity, quality improvement, and value-based models to staff and community. 

This session will take place at the end of the Minnesota Rural Health Conference (MNRHC). Registration for the MNRHC is not a requirement to attend this training, however, if you would like to sign up for the MNRHC you can do so at the link provided.
